【충북 브레이크뉴스】김봉수 기자=이재영 증평군수는 제190회 정례회에서 시정연설을 통해 내년도 군정방향 및 역점 시책 등을 밝혔다.

이 군수는 아이와 부모가 공감하는 행복한 돌봄교육 환경 조성, 탄탄한 산업생태계 구축을 통한 활력 넘치는 지역경제 구축, 미래를 준비하는 매력있는 문화관광도시 조성, 재해로부터 안심할 수 있는 안전하고 깨끗한 도시 조성, 스마트한 미래농업기반 조성, 나눔과 배려로 감동주는 맞춤복지 실현, 새로운 미래 100년을 대비하는 내일의 도시 기반 마련 등 7대 과제를 제시했다. 

또한 이를 실현하기 위해 증평형 365통합돌봄 거점센터 구축, 행복돌봄센터 건립, 증평3일반산업단지, 증평스마트산단 조성, 추성산성 종합정비계획, 스포츠 테마파크 건립 추진, 풍수해생활권 종합정비사업, 스마트 농업실증단지 조성, 주민 참여형 마을복지계획 수립 및 복취약계층 생활안정지원, 20분 도시 증평 조성을 위한 기반 조성 등을 추진할 예정이다.

이 군수는 “2023년은 군 개청 20년이 되는 해로 2024년은 20년의 기틀 위에 더 강하고 지속가능한 새로운 미래를 준비할 것”이라며 “일신우일신(日新又日新)의 마음과 자세로 새로운 미래 100년 내일의 도시 증평을 만들겠다”는 의지를 밝혔다.

한편 군은 내년도 예산을 올해 당초예산보다 0.66% 증액된 2,759억원으로 편성해 군의회에 제출했다.
