【충북 브레이크뉴스】임창용 기자=한국석회석신소재연구소(이사장 김문근, 소장 조계홍)는 관내 취약계층을 돕기 위해 매포읍지역사회보장협의체(공공위원장 오유진, 민간위원장 박영렬)에 사랑의 성금 100만 원을 기탁했다.

연구소는 산·학·연·관의 유기적인 협조체계를 구축하여 지역 부존자원인 석회석의 고부가가치 창출을 통한 전략산업의 견인차 역할을 수행하고 있다.

정기적인 농촌 일손돕기와 성금 전달 등을 통해 지역사회에 봉사와 나눔을 실천하고 있다.

조계홍 소장은 “날씨가 추워지면서 생활에 어려움이 커질 이웃들에게 힘을 주고자 직원들과 함께 성금을 기탁하게 됐다”며 “앞으로도 따뜻한 지역사회를 만드는데 밑거름이 될 수 있도록 노력하겠다”고 말했다.

박영렬 민간위원장은 “어려운 이웃을 위한 지속적인 관심과 배려에 감사드린다”며 “사랑의 성금은 충북사회복지공동모금회를 통해 관내 취약계층과 복지 사각지대를 지원하는데 쓰겠다”고 말했다.

 The Korea Limestone Materials Research Institute (Chairman Kim Moon-geun, Director Jo Gye-hong) donated 1 million won as a charity donation to the Maepo-eup Community Security Council (Public Committee Chairman Oh Yu-jin and Private Committee Chairman Park Young-ryeol) to help vulnerable groups in the area.

The research institute has established an organic cooperation system among industry, academia, research institutes, and government to serve as a driving force for strategic industries by creating high added value of limestone, a local resource.

We practice service and sharing in the local community by regularly helping out in rural areas and donating donations.

Director Jo Gye-hong said, “As the weather gets colder, we decided to donate money together with our employees to help our neighbors who will face increasing difficulties in living.” He added, “We will continue to work hard to serve as a foundation for creating a warm community.”
