패널 모두 충주 충북대병원이 상급종합병원으로서 충북 북부권의 의료공백을 해소하는 해결책이 될 것으로 뜻을 모았으며, 이 밖에 양질의 의료 서비스를 제공하고 열악한 의료환경 개선을 위한 다양한 지원이 필요하다는 의견이 다수 나왔다.
